  • Orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled after preparation has started.

  • Custom cake orders require advance confirmation.

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices on third-party platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) may differ due to platform charges.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Same-day delivery is subject to order cut-off time and availability.

  • Enrich Cakes and Bakes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

4. Pick-Up Orders

  • Customers are requested to collect pick-up orders within the agreed time.

  • Any delay in pickup may affect the quality of the product, for which Enrich Cakes and Bakes will not be responsible.

5. Custom Cakes & Designs

  • Design and decoration may slightly vary from reference images due to handmade preparation.

  • Size, shape, and color may differ marginally while maintaining overall quality and theme.

  • No refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized cakes.

6. Allergens & Ingredients

  • Our products may contain milk, eggs, nuts, gluten, soy, and other allergens.

  • Customers are advised to inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering.

  • Enrich Cakes and Bakes is not responsible for allergic reactions if information is not disclosed.

7. Quality & Complaints

  • We ensure fresh preparation of all bakery items.

  • Any quality-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, along with proof.

  • No complaints will be entertained after the specified time period.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are not applicable for taste preferences or delayed pickup.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

  • No refunds on discounted or promotional items.

9. Images & Content

  • Product images are for representation purposes only.

  • Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

10. Third-Party Services

  • Orders placed through third-party platforms are subject to their respective terms and policies.
