1. Order Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund.

  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Cancellations for custom cakes and personalized items must be made at least 5 days in advance. After this period, a partial refund may be issued based on the stage of production.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or for orders not collected or received.

    • Incorrect item received

    • Product was damaged in transit (must be reported with photos within 24 hours)

    • Order did not arrive due to a confirmed delivery failure on our part

  • Custom cakes, special orders, and any items that have been partially consumed are not eligible for refunds.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
