On 25th December 2022, Enrich Cakes & Bakes opened its doors, and during this journey, our little bakery has grown into one of the city’s most-loved spots, setting a benchmark for heartfelt flavours, tried-and-true recipes, and freshly crafted baked goods.

Enrich Cakes & Bakes began as a heartfelt dream in the home kitchen of Shobhna Sangal—a passion project rooted in nostalgia, comfort, and the joy of homemade goodness. Her vision was simple: to create cakes, pastries, and creative baked delights that felt just like home, crafted with honest ingredients and traditional methods. What started as a small passion soon blossomed into something far bigger than she ever imagined.

Why We Do It

From day one, we’ve believed in doing things the old-fashioned way—from scratch, in small batches, using only the finest ingredients, and absolutely no premixes. Every treat is handcrafted, which means no two bakes ever look the same—and that’s the beauty of it. There’s a touch of personality, artistry, and love in every swirl, crumb, and layer.
